Pregnant? Experience prenatal care in a new way alongside other moms-to-be!

CCI Health Services provides complete prenatal care services for expecting parents during each pregnancy stage from nutrition services to CenteringPregnancy® support groups, and care coordination.

Through the CenteringPregnancy® program model, CCI offers expecting parents care, support, and learning in a group setting to help improve pregnancy health outcomes. The program brings together a small group of expecting parents in the same pregnancy stage with a health provider in a series of engaging and supportive sessions. Each session provides an opportunity for participants to have their questions answered, talk with others on the same journey to parenthood, and spend more time with their health provider and care team.

Some of the additional services we provide our prenatal patients include transportation assistance, medical and dental appointment coordination, WIC/breastfeeding and nutrition support, and referrals for specialized and supplemental care.

If you don't have a patient portal account, please let us know, and we'll be happy to help you set one up. We want to make it easy and convenient for you to access your appointment information.

    We want to make sure that our services are accessible to everyone, which is why we offer a sliding scale fee discount program (English / Spanish) based on your income and household size.
