Bring the whole family out to CCI’s Fifth Annual Block Party. The festive block party will include food, prizes, music, and more!

The Block Party encourages members of the community to take control of their health. We’ll highlight CCI’s services, including confidential and free resources. We’ll also include representation from other health, fitness, career, and education organizations in the community.

Free Shuttle Service
The City of Greenbelt will be providing free shuttle service from Franklin Park to the event. Shuttles will run every 15 min for the duration of the event.

If you don't have a patient portal account, please let us know, and we'll be happy to help you set one up. We want to make it easy and convenient for you to access your appointment information.

    We want to make sure that our services are accessible to everyone, which is why we offer a sliding scale fee discount program (English / Spanish) based on your income and household size.
