Say “Boo to the Flu” and get your FREE flu vaccine at CCI!

Join CCI staff and community partners for a trunk-or-treat spooktacular event. Get your FREE flu vaccine inside our Ora Glen health center and visit the decorated trunks outside for sweet treats. Don’t forget to come dressed in your favorite costumes. The best costume will win a prize!

If you don't have a patient portal account, please let us know, and we'll be happy to help you set one up. We want to make it easy and convenient for you to access your appointment information.

    We want to make sure that our services are accessible to everyone, which is why we offer a sliding scale fee discount program (English / Spanish) based on your income and household size.
