Bring the whole family out to the CCI Second Annual Block Party. The festive block party will include health, fitness, non-profits, career, education organizations in the community, food, prizes, music, and more!

The Block Party aims to encourage the youth in the community to take their health seriously. We’ll also highlight CCI’s services, including confidential and free resources, such as birth control and STI testing. Come out and join us!

If you don't have a patient portal account, please let us know, and we'll be happy to help you set one up. We want to make it easy and convenient for you to access your appointment information.

    We want to make sure that our services are accessible to everyone, which is why we offer a sliding scale fee discount program (English / Spanish) based on your income and household size. To apply for the program, simply bring a pay stub or tax information to your next appointment, and we'll be happy to help you. To make an appointment, please call us at (866) 877-7258.
