If you don't have a patient portal account, please let us know, and we'll be happy to help you set one up. We want to make it easy and convenient for you to access your appointment information.

    We want to make sure that our services are accessible to everyone, which is why we offer a sliding scale fee discount program (English / Spanish) based on your income and household size.     CCI takes part in the Maryland Primary Care Program (MDPCP).

    This health center gets funding from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). It also has federal protection for certain health-related claims, including medical malpractice, for our staff and providers.
