Board of Directors
CCI Health & Wellness Services is governed by a community-based, volunteer Board of Directors. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) we are committed to a Board comprised of 51 percent consumers, up to a maximum 25 members.
The Board establishes policy, approves programs, establishes service hours, approves the sliding fee scale, and provides fiscal oversight for the organization. Directors serve a three-year term and are not required to have expertise in the healthcare field. The Board of Directors is diverse and represents our area’s rich cultural and global community.

Executive Leadership
The Executive Leadership team members support the organization’s vision to create a health care delivery system that would change the trajectory of health care access in our designated service area. With their stewardship, we serve more than 60,000 individuals and their families annually.
Fomenting a culture of transparency, accountability, and recognition, the Executive Team enable us to offer a judgment free place to attend to their health and wellness needs, and ensure proper nutrition for their families.
