Chief Administrative Officer

Jose Luis is responsible for the administrative coordination of projects and supervises the design and management of communication, marketing, and public relation strategies for the organization, designed for an array of audiences that include patients, community partners, and staff members.

He is an experienced award-winning creative director with a keen ability to convey and transform complex concepts into useful tools. Prior to joining CCI Health & Wellness Services, he led the Technology, Design and Administration (TDA) team at TransCen, Inc. – a national nonprofit organization dedicated to improving educational and employment outcomes for people with disabilities. During his tenure, he was responsible for the conceptualization and design of promotional and educational materials that supported TransCen’s assorted initiatives and programs. He managed several multi-agency projects and was involved in a vast array of activities involving website development, online learning design, corporate communications, product development, visual and learning aids, information design, systems analysis, identity systems, tools and instruments design, production management.

Outside the office, Jose Luis is a theatrical producer/designer, whose 2010 Capital Fringe original musical The Poet Warriors was selected for remounting in the 2010 fallFRINGE Festival. In 2007 he designed Rudy Doo at Spotlighters earning best production award in the 26th Baltimore Playwrights Festival. Until 2015, he served as the resident designer for the six inclusive companies of ArtStream.
