Having a baby may be the last thing on your mind. But taking control of your reproductive health now can help support healthy pregnancies later.

Join CCI Health Services for a Candid Conversation about all things preconception health.

You’ll learn:

  • What preconception care is and why we are talking about it now.
  • How to create a reproductive life plan and set goals for having or not having children.
  • How nutrition and lifestyle habits impact fertility.
  • What resources are available for birthing people, expecting families, and supporting individuals.

CCI’s Candid Conversations are panel discussions with CCI experts and community partners on emerging public health issues.

If you don't have a patient portal account, please let us know, and we'll be happy to help you set one up. We want to make it easy and convenient for you to access your appointment information.

    We want to make sure that our services are accessible to everyone, which is why we offer a sliding scale fee discount program (English / Spanish) based on your income and household size.
