Board certified physicians, dentists, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, hygienists, nurses, mental health therapists, nutritionists, registered dieticians, dental and medical assistants, and trained support staff care for our patients and their families. CCI provides health care for the “whole person” and offers additional services a patient may need in a primary care setting such as mental health counseling, preventative dental services, nutrition assessments and counseling, diabetes and chronic condition management, and family planning. Medical care services available at all CCI health center locations include:

- Acute and chronic care, including HIV, gynecology and preventive services
